Anna, Volker and I went to Metzingen, the so called outlet city south of Stuttgart, yesterday afternoon. After five hours of heavy shopping we left back home tired and happy with lots of bags and lots of goodies. Anna spent all her money at Ralph Lauren's, and Volker bought clothes at six different shops. I didn't find any shoes nor dresses, but a few things at Burberry's: a swimsuit and a cardigan. Posh stuff!At home we had a lovely dinner of typical suebian summer food: a sausage salad with fresh bread. And then off to sleep until late morning. Maybe a trip to Heidelberg today?
