The bus that got me confused

Have a look at the bus I saw at Tauentzienstraße last Saturday. It's from Nantes! That is quite some miles away in France.
I wonder what brought it all the way to Berlin. With the signs saying "Bienvenue à Nantes" and "Nantes City Tour". Hmmm...
