Ready to go

Clothes are washed and packed, half my luggage will be left in Stuttgart, tickets are bought - I'm ready to go.
Rain started this afternoon, and will go on falling (in Strasbourg as well as in Stuttgart) all through tomorrow. Nevertheless I'll have a great time in Alsace on Tuesday, before climbing into the night train taking me down the Rhone all the way to Marseille and further to Cannes.
Emil will be looked after by Anna and Alex. Today, Alex was allowed to strike him softly. Good boy, this shy tomcat!
